The four payment options we offer are:

  • Make your payment over the phone with us by credit or debit card. 
  • Book online using our shopping cart.
  • We can send you a payment link. 
  • We can send you an invoice and you can make a direct bank transfer.

The following transaction fees apply:

  • We accept Visa and Mastercard over the phone, online and via payment link.
  • There is a 1.45% surcharge for standard Visa and Mastercard and a 2.2% surcharge for Premium / Corporate Visa or Mastercard.
  • We accept Amex payments over the phone and via payment link with a 2.2% surcharge.
  • We accept direct payments into our bank account for which there is no charge. We will send you an invoice with our bank details should you wish to take this option.

Payment in full

Flight bookings and insurance require payment in full upfront and in most cases are non-refundable.

Tour / Holiday payments are usually paid in full upfront at which time we are able to provide you with a full booking confirmation.


At times and at our discretion you are able to secure a booking with a non-refundable deposit for the Tour / Holiday component of the booking. In these circumstances we will accept a 50% deposit upon booking to lock in your holiday with the balance due 90 days prior to departure.

A $50 administration fee is charged at the time of booking and is due when paying the deposit.
